Can you provide a free style design service?
Yes, we have our own R&D department, they can support you with new designs development which is free of charge
What is your payment terms?
30% deposit and 70% against copy of shipping documents, L/C at sight
Where is the shipping port?
FOB Xiamen.
How long is the lead time for custom design?
7-10 days for sample, 90-100 days for bulk order.
What is your custom MOQ?
Whether Sample fees are refundable or not?
The sample fee will be refunded from the payment of mass order.
The sample is free or needs extra fees?
Normally, the sample fees is free if we have available fabric. Otherwise, we request USD250 as the development fee for each new fabric.
Can I use my own design?
Yes, we can work as per customer's request (OEM/ODM).
